Brief introduction

Working principle
Similar to screw compressors, the working process of screw dry vacuum pumps can be divided into three stages: suction, compression, and exhaust. As the rotor rotates, each pair of meshing teeth completes the same working cycle one after another, and now we will explain with one pair of teeth.
Inhalation process
The male rotor rotates counterclockwise, while the female screw rotates clockwise. The upper rotor end face is the suction section, and the lower end face is the exhaust end face.
Compression process
The rotor end face is the exhaust end face. Here, the male rotor rotates clockwise and the female rotor rotates counterclockwise. The upper rotor end face is the suction section, and the lower end face is the exhaust end face.
Exhaust process
The exhaust process of a screw pump begins when the inter tooth volume is connected to the exhaust port. As the interdental volume continues to decrease, gas with exhaust pressure is gradually discharged through the exhaust port.
