Electromagnetic valve is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetism, which is an automation basic component used to control fluids. It belongs to the actuator and is not limited to hydraulic or pneumatic systems. Different solenoid valves function at different positions in the control system, the most commonly used are one-way valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed regulating valves, etc.
Vacuum solenoid valves are controlled by AC or DC power supply to open and close, and can use electromagnetic principles to achieve vacuum treatment of pipelines. They are mainly used in vacuum pipeline linkage control systems. It is directly operated by an electromagnet, controlling the opening and closing of the valve to open and close the atmosphere, and used to fill the vacuum container with atmosphere, achieving automatic or remote control.
The vacuum valve has a sealed chamber with through holes at different positions, each connected to a different air pipe. The middle of the chamber is a piston, and there are two electromagnets on both sides. The valve body will be attracted to which side of the magnet coil is energized. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different exhaust ports can be opened or closed, and the inlet port is normally open, allowing the atmosphere to enter different exhaust pipes.
Selection of vacuum valves
Using the valve in the circuit using a vacuum generator, there are a supply valve and a vacuum valve. Using a vacuum pump circuit, there are a vacuum switching valve and a vacuum selector valve in the direction of the valve. A supply valve is a valve that supplies compressed air to a vacuum generator. Vacuum breaking valve is a valve that breaks the vacuum state inside the suction cup, causing the workpiece to pass through the suction cup by entering pressure or positive pressure.
A vacuum switching valve is a valve that is connected or disconnected from a vacuum pressure source. It can control the suction cup or vacuum degree selection valve adsorbed on the workpiece, with two functions that can simplify circuit design. The supply valve is printed on the positive pressure pipeline and can be used for the general direction of the valve.
